Want to build something yourself? If you'd like us to only provide blueprints and permitting, you're in luck! We'd be happy to walk you through the process, design and blueprint the construction project, pull the necessary permits and let you go to work for yourself - saving a huge chunk of your budget for other things - like appliance upgrades.
Project Management
Our experienced PMPs (project management professionals) ensure that every project is completed on time and within budget. We handle all aspects of the project, so you don't have to worry about a thing. GMP contracts mean total transparency—our fee and every subcontractor’s cost are clearly defined. We don't secretly markup our subcontractor's prices. This is the KLD difference.
Custom Exterior Decks
Our sister company, KLD Decks & Design, has specialized in and exclusively built the highest quality exterior decks in Tallahassee for over 12 years. KLD are both Trex and Deckorators certified professional installers. That means you'll get bigger and better warranties for your Trex composite deck. In most cases, this means a 25+ year warrant that covers both labor AND materials.
